Allen-Bradley 22P-D060A103 is a PowerFlex 400P Adjustable Frequency AC Drive designed for variable-speed control of three-phase AC motors in industrial applications.

The drive operates from a 380–480 V AC three-phase supply, with Rockwell specifying an allowable input voltage range of 340–528 V AC. Its three-phase motor output is rated up to 0–460 V AC, with a nominal output current of 60 A and a normal-duty power rating of 30 kW (40 HP).

PowerFlex 400P drives support dual normal-duty and heavy-duty ratings. For 22P-D060A103, Rockwell documentation identifies 30 kW (40 HP) normal-duty and 22 kW (30 HP) heavy-duty ratings. The unit uses Frame D construction.

The drive incorporates IGBT-based PWM motor control and supports V/Hz control. The PowerFlex 400P platform also provides RS-485 communication with DSI/Modbus RTU support and can be integrated with additional industrial communication networks through optional adapters.
