Panasonic CX-481 – CX-400 compact photoelectric sensor
The Panasonic CX-481 is a CX-400 series compact photoelectric retro-reflective sensor designed for transparent object detection in industrial automation systems. It is suitable for detecting transparent, translucent or opaque objects when used with the specified reflector.
This sensor provides a 50 to 500 mm sensing range and uses an NPN output with selectable light-on / dark-on operation. Its compact rectangular housing makes it practical for installation in machinery, packaging lines and material handling equipment.
The CX-481 operates from a 12-24 V DC supply and is built for industrial environments with IP67 protection and a durable PBT housing.
