Siemens 6AG1314-6CH04-7AB0 is a SIPLUS S7-300 CPU 314C-2DP compact programmable logic controller based on the 6ES7314-6CH04-0AB0. The SIPLUS version features conformal coating and is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments from -25°C to +70°C.
The controller integrates 24 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, 4 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs and one Pt100 input. Four integrated high-speed counters support frequencies up to 60 kHz. Communication is provided through MPI and an integrated PROFIBUS DP interface.
The CPU has 192 KB of work memory and operates from a 24 V DC supply. Two 40-pole front connectors and a Micro Memory Card are required. Siemens currently classifies the product as a spare part; it has been cancelled since October 1, 2025.
